Naseebet Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the Naseebet platform, accessible at naseebet.vu and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions. The platform is operated under the Naseebet brand and provides online casino games, slot games, live casino, and sports betting services.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. These Terms are effective from the date you first register an account and remain in effect for as long as your account exists.

Naseebet reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should close your account and cease using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a Naseebet account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Naseebet is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit access by persons under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy or representative of any third party.
• You must not have a pre-existing Naseebet account that has been suspended or permanently closed by Naseebet.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. Providing false details — including name, date of birth, or contact information — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Each person is permitted to hold one Naseebet account only. Multiple accounts per person are not permitted and will result in all accounts being closed.

Naseebet may require identity verification at any stage — including before processing a withdrawal — and reserves the right to request documentation to confirm your identity, age and payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

3 Your Account

You are fully responsible for keeping your Naseebet login credentials — including your username and password — secure and confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. Naseebet will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Naseebet support immediately. You should also change your password as a matter of urgency.

Your account balance is held in PKR. Naseebet does not pay interest on account balances. Balances are intended for use on the platform and are not a financial deposit or investment product.

Accounts that have been inactive — meaning no login, deposit, bet or game play — for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Naseebet reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts and will notify you by email before doing so. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Naseebet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, cards and mobile wallets. The available methods for your account will be shown in the cashier section when you log in.

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person — even a family member — is not permitted and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

• Deposits: Most deposit methods are processed instantly or near-instantly. In some cases, bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by Naseebet within the timeframes shown in the cashier. Processing times may vary by method. Naseebet may require identity verification before releasing a withdrawal if it has not already been completed.
• Minimum and Maximum: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in PKR. If your payment method processes in a different currency, conversion fees may apply from your provider's side — these are outside Naseebet's control.

Naseebet does not charge internal deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Withdrawal fees, if any, are displayed in the cashier before you confirm a withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Naseebet offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion has specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus winnings — which are stated in full on the relevant promotion page.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in bonus balance form and must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been completed.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, or coordinating with other players to abuse a promotion — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings derived from the abused bonus.
• Naseebet reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotional bonus are subject to the same wagering requirements as the bonus they accompany, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The Naseebet sportsbook covers cricket, including PSL matches, T20 internationals, ODI and Test series, as well as football and esports markets. By placing a sports bet, you agree to the specific rules governing that sport and market type as displayed within the sportsbook.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after placement except where the sportsbook offers a specific cash-out facility and that option is available for your active bet.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment your bet is confirmed. The odds confirmed at the time your bet is placed are the odds that apply.
• In the event of a void market — for example, a match abandoned due to rain during a cricket fixture — bets on that market will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for void markets are shown within the sportsbook.
• In-play betting is available for selected markets. In-play odds move rapidly and Naseebet does not guarantee availability of any specific in-play market at any point during a match.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are shown within the sportsbook. Naseebet reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at its discretion, particularly in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Any bet suspected of being placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information or coordinated manipulation will be voided and the account will be suspended pending investigation.

7 Casino & Slots

All casino games and slot games on the Naseebet platform are provided by certified third-party game developers. Results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and are not influenced by Naseebet or by any player's previous results.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are set by the game developer and are displayed within each game's information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages across millions of spins and do not represent expected returns for any individual session.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game and are displayed within the game interface before you start playing.
• In the event of a technical fault — including a disconnection during a game round — Naseebet will resolve the outcome based on available server-side data. In cases where the outcome cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to your account.
• Live casino games are subject to the same RNG and fairness standards as standard casino games, with results determined by physical dealing processes overseen by certified studio operators.
• Progressive jackpot games contribute to a shared prize pool. Jackpot wins are paid in full from the jackpot pool and are not subject to withdrawal caps, unless a bonus was active at the time the jackpot was won — in which case bonus terms apply to the non-jackpot portion of winnings.
• Game history and session records are stored server-side and are available on request via Naseebet support for a period of 90 days.

8 Responsible Gaming

Naseebet is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports healthy, controlled play. The platform is entertainment — not a way to generate income — and we expect all players to approach it in that spirit.

Naseebet provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

9 Suspension & Account Closure

You may close your Naseebet account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Naseebet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold funds pending investigation, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false registration information or failing identity verification
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing or bonus abuse
• Chargebacks initiated against deposits made to the platform
• Use of automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Behaviour that Naseebet reasonably considers threatening, abusive or harmful to other users or platform staff
• A court order, regulatory instruction or similar legal requirement

Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach, any balance derived from the breaching activity may be forfeited. Naseebet will communicate the reason for closure where it is legally and operationally appropriate to do so.

10 Limitation of Liability

Naseebet provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, third-party outages and events outside Naseebet's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted, Naseebet's liability to any player for any single claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Naseebet is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure
• Service interruptions caused by your internet provider, mobile network or device
• Outcomes in games or sports markets, which are determined by certified RNG systems or real-world events respectively
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses, regardless of the cause

11 Privacy & Data

Naseebet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, deliver bonuses, provide customer support and fulfil any legal or anti-fraud obligations. Naseebet does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data Naseebet holds about you, and to request correction of any inaccuracies. To exercise these rights, contact Naseebet support with your account details and a description of your request.

12 Changes to These Terms

Naseebet may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, Naseebet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on their account.

Your continued use of the Naseebet platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9.
